Making Impossible Things Possible

The journey of our existence in this world provides deep purposes that we must cherish a lot. As I walk through the paths of my career, I encountered technology. It gave me means to study and face the eternal progress of life by its great contribution. Questions in mind may pass through thinking why did I get this kind of course though I know it is not really my field. Today, I made realize that even I don't have the capacity of being a perfect programmer or a developer it isn't a hindrance and it gave me a reason not to stop striving to learn and to develop myself to become successful as to reach the peak of creating another set of history in the field of Information Technology.


Back when I was young, service to my fellowmen is what I long for. Nursing, Tourism and HRM are my most wanted course. I crave for success for I do believe in my suitabilities that I can do it. I feel free to choose the things that I want but I never meant to dream of being in front of a computer doing such related jobs. As time passes, all of those wants changed and brightened me up a new idea. As then, I picked IT as my main course as a reverse to what I do really want in life.

I faced the world of technology not knowing it'll be different from what I expect for. I was enrolled at the University of Negros Occidental-Recoletos taking up Bachelor of Science in Information Technology. Atmosphere was very at the back of my perspective, but I chose to be here for I wanted to challenge myself and widen my limitations. My study gave me much of my needs of information about the circulation and running of technology. Java Programming was introduced as well as creating HTML codes, database designs, SQL codes, thesis writing, SAP, multimedia and CISCO Networking which UNO-R is the only school that offers this course in Negros.

I am proud that I am one of the beneficiary of the University of Negros Occidental-Recoletos, College of Information Technology. Their teaching made my way brighter even better. Now, I can distribute these knowledge I have from my leanings at school and can develop different ideas in relation to technology. Innovation is what I aim for, to garner that scent of victory of which we as students thirst for.
 
I do have faith in the stand that COMPETENCE, INTEGRITY, and TEAM WORK can build up what really Information Technology is. We live as FALCONS, strive for excellence and make impossible things possible. Molding us not to be enslave by technology but to empower our minds to paramount our future.
